until Sa, 2023-02-10: Coordinate with translators who is responsible for migrating which pages. Mark them as bold below and assign pages.
[Zwelf] Sa, 2023-02-11 12:00-14:00 (UTC): Archive all translation, and enable new translation system on english pages
Sa, 2023-02-11 14:00 UTC - 2023-02-12 14:00 UTC: Translators migrate assigned pages
Su, 2023-02-14 14:00 UTC - 2023-02-14 18:00 UTC: Zwelf/Ryozuki look through remaining work and complete it as best effort
