'Горес (англ. Gores) - це типові розділи (парти) у карті, які мають цілком хукабельні коридори з одним шаром фризу на обох стінах. Однак через відмінні стилі створення карт кожного мапера, деякі ділянки Горесу можуть включати анхук-тайли, хук-телепорти та інші тайли.
The origins of the name Gores are unknown. Suggested possibilities are the name of the first Gores map, the name of the first Gores mapper or perhaps it's short for "go res[cue]".

Є карти, в яких присутні Горес парти, але також є ті, що повністю складаються із Горесу. На серверах KoG є такі карти, але також у DDNet є кілька подібних карт. Вони розташовані за складністю, від легких до складних, а соло-варіанти знаходяться в кінці списку.
