穿縫鉤可以分為兩種:
如果一名玩家處在角落並且靠近角的頂點,其被鉤的判斷範圍會有一小部分處在對角中,其他玩家可以從對角的一側遠距離瞄準該處角落的頂點出鉤,在一個極小的誤差範圍內會判定鉤索鉤中了角落中的玩家。某種程度上說鉤爪並未穿過角落而是吸附在了被鉤玩家身上。
即使被鉤玩家離角落有一定距離,出鉤玩家的鉤索可以精準地從角的頂點穿過,然後繼續飛行直到鉤中目標或者消失。這個方法的容錯率比第一種要低很多。
