Open the Settings app and disable gesture features that involve 3 or more fingers (search for "3 fingers"). In particular, disable the "Swipe down with 3 fingers to take screenshot", "Touch and hold with 3 fingers to take screenshot" and "Swipe up with 3 fingers to enter Split View" features.
